Objectif : recueillir du lait directement \u00e0 la vache, dans la stabulation, pour des analyses microbiologiques et biochimiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au laboratoire.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience a permis aux \u00e9tudiants de se confronter \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene d\u2019analyse, depuis le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement en milieu r\u00e9el jusqu\u2019au travail en conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Ces donn\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes leur permettront d\u2019explorer les enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits laitiers.<\/p>\n<p>Cette sortie pratique illustre l\u2019approche professionnalisante du BTS BioALC, o\u00f9 la rigueur scientifique se combine \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension fine des contextes agricoles et industriels.
